Abstract

Keep moving

Climbing up the staircase and reaching the top, i look behind and i see the steps, that is where i was. I never thought to come up this much, my motto was to never look back or else i will fall down the stairs. Soon I realized that for this, our vision must be clear. You don't only stare up the stairs, you must step up the stairs. After reading this, you all will ask why stairs??? Why not elevator or escalator? Let me tell you my dear friend the elevator to success is out of order, you will have to use stairs... one step at a time. I didn't take elevator because the level of genius was too high, I wasn't born with extraordinary talent. Instead of taking elevator, I had to start from the bottom of the stairs and climb one step at a time. Everyday I put one foot in front of the other, I kept climbing. Some days the hike was grueling and painful and i always wanted to stop while some other days i fell a few steps back. But overall, I kept moving steadily upward, eventually making slow progress and moving forward.

Stairs

She never knew what those steps actually meant, for her it was the distance she always wanted to travel. A climb from being unwanted to feeling wanted. Laxmi, the 4th girl child born in a poor family. On the first floor lives Kirti, Laxmi called her 'Di'(A reference to elder sister), she was the world to her. A family she always wanted, love and care that she craved for, a teacher, a good listener and most importantly the only friend of her.
But the journey to this world was never easy, she had to fight her parents, bare their beating. At times stay hungry so that she may be allowed to go upstairs. Just like the stairs that climb high she kept her spirit high. Fought bravely and climbed single step daily, because she always wanted her black and white life to be colorful!!!

The Ladder

Aenaz said, 'Dad, I am scared. I wont be able to take the first step, its too high.' To this dad smiled and replied, 'Kid, you see the next step, just after the first one, its less elevated than the first one. It always seem that the first step is difficult. After climbing the first one, the next one will be as difficult as the first one, but to climb the current step, always consider the next one as motivation, it gets easier'. Aenaz was listening to this carefully. Taking a pause for a moment and pondering over what she just heard, she asked, 'Dad, why not aim the topmost step, its the easiest one?' 'My dear girl, that is the mistake today's every human is making. He is rushing for the final step but doesn't see that he can't jump there and if he tries and falls, there will be no second chance. The fall would be too difficult to heal. One step at a time, motivation in mind and passion for the target will lead you to tremendous heights. But to do this, you will only need one thing along with you, that my girl we call patience. Look at these stairs, how calm they are. Keep this in mind, till your last breath. One more thing, see these stairs are connected for a reason, every step counts and in the same way every person counts. Respect them, like them or don't like is solely subjective, but don't break the ladder(person), cause someday, you might fall from heights and that stair might save you from the entire fall to the bottom.

Black Page

Sitting alone on a corner bench, she closed her eyes to get some peace. Tears rolled down her cheeks, through her blurry eyes she saw someone approaching her. As he came closer she was shocked it was him!!! No more able to walk and face full of scars. The one she had accidentally hit.
It felt like someone had again opened that black page of her life book. Things just flashed back.
She realized that life is like a book...no matter how far you go, how many chapters you crossed, your mistakes will never leave you...

The sun was about to set is what one will see. In a hotel - room, with lights on, he created a magnificent eye-piece pages of book unseen, unopened, his friend lying on bed, he corroborated the black, the white and the yellow shades in one simple masterpiece.

The Mysterious Book

Kiyan was shocked, every unfolding day and the event happening where the same as written in the book. The mysterious forest, animals he never heard of and the things never seen before. Yes! This is what he already knew, the upcoming event and what is going to happen the next moment. He was the god in the unknown world!! But then his beautiful dream broke, he fell from the bed and so from the throne of being god. 'Books are just meant to be read and not to be indulged into', he said to himself.
